They are simply the best! Every single time I go there it's consistent. They are above and beyond kind, caring, helpful, and committed to excellent service! Do not go anywhere else! I wish other businesses could be as good as they are!

If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would. We were visiting from out of town when we picked up a nail in one of our tires. This was the second tire shop we called after another business told us they were too busy to help. The difference was immediate. The person who answered the phone simply said, “Come on in—we’ll get you taken care of right away.” When we arrived, we were greeted by two smiling, genuinely friendly staff members, Brandon and Mike, at the front desk who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our vehicle was taken back immediately, and during the 25–30 minute wait we enjoyed chatting with the staff. It didn’t take long to realize that this wasn’t just great customer service—it was a business built on kindness and integrity. Junior’s Tire took incredible care of me. They diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me clear pricing up front, and had me back on the road faster than I expected. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on doing the job right. I won’t take my trailer or truck anywhere else. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable tire service.

The guys at the shop assisted me extremely quickly with getting a piece of stray metal off the bottom of my car in the spring. They were fast, reliable and kind. Also didn’t charge me a dime for a service that had nothing to do with tires. The Junior’s crew is the best, consistently!

Best tire shop in Traverse City and surrounding area. I’ve been going to Juniors since I was a little kid when my dad would take his cars there. He still does 25 years later. I just needed to get a new set of tires today and Marc at Juniors got us into an affordable set that are still high quality immediately. The speed, price, and overall experience today cemented what I’ve known for a long time— I am a lifelong Juniors Tires customer. Maybe my own sons will be too! Call ahead for snow tire swaps as their schedule fills up fast with the high reputation they’ve firmly established. Always polite and friendly staff. Always great service. Always very fair pricing. And they always stand by their tires and service. 5/5 stars no questions. Thanks you juniors tires.
